| The three way rivalry between USA, Canada and Jamacia is a fantastic driving force for all these countries to improve as rapidly as they can.
It's great to read that this game was competitive and played with great feeling.
I know it's not '"çool' to talk about the dark side, but i listened through a Union podcast to hear a tiny bit of League news a few years ago, and part of the podcast was about how Canada dominates USA at Union, and how much the Canadians love it and the Americans hate it. Since both the US and Canadian League scenes have very strong links to Union, I can see the Canadians really wanting to get better than the US and the US really wanting to keep their developmental lead, basically because there is a strong and traditional "rugbý" rivalry going back decades.
