I think there is a couple of Casinos in the city, couldn't tell you where though as we don't visit them.
I would imagine there is plenty of Winery's too as there is vineyards all the way to the coast from Perpignan, best bet would probably be to google them and see reviews etc.
Hope you enjoy Perpignan it's a wonderful city !

Canet-Plage will be best bet for a casino i imagine, although there is a supermarket chain called casino i presume you meant the gambing type?
