Yeah well, it's one thing delivering stadia where funding is in place, and I'm guessing it was for those two venues, and another delivering where the funds have to be found.
I don't think RW is any better than any other professional businessman when it comes to finding money to build such projects.
I remember him at one Trinity meeting lots of years ago, bragging about how many ventures he was involved in, President of this and that and I would think more of a Figurehead than fund raiser in most.
