Looks like Wakefield will remain in the hunt, just about. Winning comfortably against London and they have a game in hand. Bradford 8 up at half time against Widnes means they're likely to stay right on our tails.
I can't see anybody getting 28 points and missing out, and there's a decent chance that 26 might be enough - though we'd maybe be relying on points difference and ours isn't good. The current top 4 are shoo-ins. Catalans, barring a shocking collapse, have enough runs on the board and quality to be 90% sure, even with the possibility of the cup providing a (welcome) distraction. Despite the loss at Cas probably ending their top 4 aspirations, much the same goes for Hull - their run in is pretty friendly and they should win half of them at least.
I think we need to win one of next two, because then we've got a really tough run. Saints at Saints will be a big ask, but would put them under massive pressure and be another huge boost for us. Salford at home - looks pretty rosey if we win, a bit ropey if not.
Edit - Widnes fought back to win at Bradford, which helps our cause, I think it is fair to say.
